RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Buy with confidence. We want you to love your BärchenHaus product. But if you're having second thoughts, we understand and will do everything we can to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are also pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. Please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

Received a Damaged Item?

Received a damaged item or missing a part? Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. To help us assess the issue, please provide details and photographs of the item and its packaging.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new, unmodified condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • A one-time exchange is available per original order item

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All bedding products (sheets, blankets, changing pad covers, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that has been modified or assembled in a way that prevents resale

How to Return or Exchange

When you receive your order, please keep the original packaging until you are sure you will not need to make a return or exchange. To begin a return or exchange, please contact us directly:

After your request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please include all parts, accessories, printed materials, and the original packaging with your return shipment.

For exchanges: your new item will ship after we receive and process your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Bundled Products

If an item from a bundle is returned, the discount originally applied to all items in the bundle will be forfeited. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange, with the exception of any final sale items.
