Stock Availability
We do our best to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. All orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Limited Edition & Low Stock Items
Some of our baby and kids products are produced in limited quantities. Once these items sell out, they may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
When stock is running low, items will be marked as "Low Stock" or "Limited Availability" on the product page. This is your indication to act quickly — we cannot reserve items or hold stock without a completed purchase.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is out of stock, it will either be marked as unavailable or removed from the shop until further notice. We do not guarantee restocking of any item, particularly limited edition products.
If you are interested in a specific out-of-stock item, you are welcome to contact us and we will let you know if and when it becomes available again.

Waitlists & Restock Notifications
For high-demand or limited edition items, we may offer the option to join a restock notification list. This does not guarantee availability and is not a reservation. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis when restocked.
Order Accuracy
Because our inventory moves quickly — especially for limited releases — there may be rare occasions where an item sells out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you complete checkout. In such cases, we will contact you within 1–2 business days and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Product Safety & Compliance
All baby and kids products sold by BärchenHaus meet applicable safety standards. In the event of a product recall or safety notice, we will contact affected customers directly using the information provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
